1. Who we are

This website is operated by Zhongshan Yongshang Lighting Accessories Co., Ltd. (中山市永上灯饰配件有限公司), registration number 91442000MA53BBH4XL, of No. 4 Yongyi, Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong, P.R. China. We manufacture and export plastic sheet. In this policy, “we” means this company, and “you” means anyone visiting this website or contacting us through it.

2. What we collect

We only collect information that you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data needed to run the site securely.

• Inquiry form: your name, company name, email address, optional WhatsApp or WeChat handle, the product, thickness range and purchase type you select, and any requirements you type into the message field.
• Technical data: your IP address is processed briefly to protect the form against spam and automated submissions. It is not used to build a profile of you.
• Direct contact: if you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp or WeChat instead, we receive whatever you send through that channel.

We do not ask for payment card details, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry, quote prices and send samples.
• To keep a record of the commercial correspondence between us.
• To protect the website against spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions.
• To meet accounting, tax and export documentation obligations once an order is placed.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list. We will only send you commercial updates if you ask us to.

4. Who processes it for us

We keep the list of service providers deliberately short, and they act only on our instructions:

• Website hosting: the site is served by Vercel, which processes standard server logs (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Form delivery: inquiry submissions are transmitted to our mailbox through a form delivery service (formsubmit.co, or Resend when configured). These providers carry the message and store it only long enough to deliver it.
• Business records: our accountant and, where an order requires it, freight forwarders and customs brokers receive only the information needed for the shipment.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. If you become a customer, we keep order, invoice and shipping records for as long as tax and export law requires.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently run third-party analytics. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting anything.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to object to processing. To make a request, email yongshang002@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated before they are forwarded, access to our mailbox is protected by a password and, where available, two-factor authentication, and only the export team can read inquiry data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the website form — email them to us instead.

9. Transfers outside your country

We are based in China and our hosting and form delivery providers operate globally, so information you send through this website may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
