PS Diffuser Sheet

About this sheet

PS diffuser sheet gives a cleaner, brighter look than a matte PP sheet, and it takes heat better: PS holds its shape at service temperatures up to 80°C against 50°C for PP. Choose it when the fixture itself is part of the design — retail displays, decorative luminaires, illuminated signage — and the light should stay crisp rather than milky.

We extrude it to the same 0.3–2.0 mm range and 1.22 × 2.44 m standard sheet size as our PP grades, with thickness and transmittance held tight batch after batch. A PS microlens pattern is available for 0.8–1.8 mm.
